Shipping Policy

All orders are safely packed as well as dispatched via premium services like 

(if Blue Dart is not Available or parcel is large/Heavy on your Pin Code Parcel may be Sent by any Alternative Shipping Partner)

Generally we do dispatch within 24* working hours, if order placed before 12PM ( if we received all details from customer end) Sometime due to Holiday or off it may get dispatch within 48* working hours.

  1. We accept only pre-paid orders and do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Orders once dispatched, cannot be cancelled or replaced.

All our orders are dispatched from our central hub located in Mandi Adampur, Hisar, Haryana and take the following days to be delivered:

  1. a) Within Delhi NCR (2-3 working days)
  2. b) Pan India except for Delhi NCR (3-6 working days)
  3. c) International if any(15 -20 working days)
  4. Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions / Government Holiday / Emergency .
  5. a) If your order placed on Saturday & Sunday, Your parcel will be process on Monday.
    b) if Your order placed on any Public holiday, it will be process on Next working day.
  6. We offer Free shipping all over India ,You may have to Pay the following charges if  applicable:
  7. a) Return to origin RTO, if Customer do not accept or provide incorrect address.
  8. b) Reshipping charges if applicable in any case of customers end.

c)International: International shipping charges may vary. Please write to us at to get the shipping charges for your international order.

  1. We request you to accept the delivery personally. Upon unavailability, please co-ordinate with the delivery team.
  2. We recommend you not to accept the delivery of the package is tempered, broken or there are signs or Spillage or Leakage.
  3. If the products received are damaged or broken, or the order is missing products, please do not open the air cushion and share the images of the products on our email address All the claims shall be made within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days of delivery, BusinessJi is not liable for any claims related to damages or incomplete delivery.
