7. Cancellation After Design Process

Customized products require dedicated design and processing efforts. Osmly BusinessJi Gifting Private Limited does not provide free design services.

Design preparation requires professional time, creative effort, resources, and processing work.

If a customer requests cancellation after the design process has started or completed due to reasons including:

  • Customer does not like the design.
  • Customer is no longer interested.
  • Customer does not want to continue the order.
  • Customer changes their decision after design preparation.

An 18% Cancellation Charge of the Total Order Value Will Be Applicable.

This charge includes:
