Refund & Replacement Policy

Dear Customer we value your feeling and really appreciate to order with us, here we want to clear some point as well as your doubts related return & Replacement of your order as we do provide REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT.

 We will do accept your replacement in case if: 

  • If you received wrong and misprinted frame or item.
  • If customer get wrong product as well as do not match with ordered product.
  • If product get damaged in shipment or courier service, for that we need proper opening video as we have mentioned. Read about this by click here
  • Customer must be aware about T&cas well as Return policy, We do provide Replacement only NOT REFUND of ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT  (courier charges may applicable on return or replacement)
  • Need a proper opening video of parcel as well as parcel must be fully visible in video and parcel should not be pause, in part or in clip. CHECK VIDEO HERE  
  • Opening video must be clear as well as must be in single clip. we do not accept any repacking video.
  • Customers need to register Replacement complaint with ORDER ID as well as PHOTO or VIDEO of the Defunctive product. 
  • NOTE- If Customer Do not like Design or Want to cancel the order after Designing and just before making the product, in that case- 18% of ORDER AMOUNT will be Deducted as per (PAYMENT GATWAY CHARGE + DESIGNING CHAGES + ORDER PRCESSING CHARGES)
  • NOTE-In case of customer purchase Bulk/Wholesale product as well as on discount price(bulk order not available on website), in that case for return /  or replacement courier charges will be charges or charged on customer. 
  • Need to register refund as well as replacement complaint with 24 hours after delivery, after that customer is not eligible. or Under 5 Day’s within Delivery date in case if (Product is Damaged, Wrong Product Delivered, Any Misprint, or any spelling error.)
